Our simple and most popular loaf made with a blend Organic All Purpose Flour and Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, and Leaven.
Maple Pecan Scones
A tender, buttery scone made with sourdough discard for a subtle tang, sweetened with rich maple syrup, and packed with toasted pecans for a warm, nutty crunch. Perfectly balanced—slightly sweet, slightly savory, and irresistibly cozy.
Jalapeno Cheddar
A bold sourdough loaf baked with sharp cheddar folded into every bite and fresh jalapeños for just the right kick of heat. Tangy, cheesy, and lightly spicy—this loaf is hearty, flavorful, and made to steal the show at any meal.
Brown Butter Pecan Granola
Golden clusters of oats, pecans, seeds, and coconut toasted in rich brown butter and maple, with a hint of vanilla and sea salt and sourdough discard. Nutty, slightly sweet, and irresistibly snackable—perfect over yogurt or straight from the jar.
From Hobby to Homestead Bakery
Golden Loaves was born out of a love for simple ingredients, honest work, and the joy of sharing something warm and delicious with neighbors.
What began as a quiet hobby for Karena Harris—mom of two (with one on the way!) and wife to Cameron—quickly turned into a word-of-mouth sensation.
After dozens of people told her, “This is the best sourdough I’ve ever had,” she knew it was time to start sharing more intentionally.
Now, each loaf is baked with care in our Queen Creek home kitchen, shaped by hand, and delivered with love.

Meet Karena
Wife, mom, and baker—with a big heart and a sharp sourdough starter.
Karena fell in love with sourdough as a creative outlet and a way to nourish her family.
What she didn’t expect?
That neighbors, friends, and eventually strangers would fall in love with it too.
She bakes between nap times, storybooks, and school drop-offs.
Every loaf is made with love—and a little flour dust in her hair.
